Our Story

For years, I (Tracy) dedicated myself to sourcing one-of-a-kind, chic vintage glassware, stunning home décor, and unique gift shop treasures. What started as a personal passion quickly grew into a full-scale collection, and by 2022 (after MANY years of collecting), it became too large for my home to contain. That’s when my daughter, Colby, and I decided to turn our shared love for vintage and curated finds into something bigger. Together, we opened The Cupboard Shop in Lafayette, New Jersey.

From the very beginning, we have been the heart of this journey, working side by side to bring our shared vision to life. Tracy's passion for sourcing unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, combined with Colby’s keen eye for style and her natural ability to connect with customers, has shaped The Cupboard Shop into more than just a store—it’s a destination where people discover meaningful treasures with stories behind them. Together, we have had the privilege of partnering with incredible companies, many of which are women-led and family-owned, perfectly reflecting the values that guide our business.

We couldn’t be more excited about the future of The Cupboard Shop and the chance to grow this dream. With our creativity, warmth, and dedication, we know we’ll continue to bring joy to our customers through our curated finds.
