Return Policy for Our Closing Rockaway Location

Thank you for supporting us over the past two years at our Rockaway location. We are closing our doors in The Rockaway Townsquare April 30, 2025.

As we prepare to close this chapter and focus on expanding our Lafayette shop, please note the following policies for our closing sale:

All Sales Are Final: Due to the closing of our Rockaway store in April, all purchases are final and non-returnable. No exceptions.

Returns Not Accepted in Lafayette: Sale Items purchased in Rockaway from February 1st - April 30th cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at our Lafayette location. No exceptions.

Product Availability: The products and sale items available in Rockaway are not available in our Lafayette Shop. Items on sale in Rockaway are exclusive to this location and cannot be matched or honored in Lafayette.

We are incredibly proud to have been part of the Rockaway community and deeply appreciate your support. Your kindness and loyalty have meant the world to us over these past two years. While we will miss this location, we’re thrilled to focus on our Lafayette shop and grow The Cupboard Shop brand in exciting new ways.

As part of this next chapter, we’re expanding our online business to make shopping with us easier and more accessible, no matter where you are. We are beyond grateful for everyone who has supported us online, and we look forward to continuing to serve you with unique, curated finds delivered right to your door.

Additionally, we’re excited to host more in-store events at our Lafayette shop, creating a one-of-a-kind shopping culture that’s unmatched. From exclusive product launches to community gatherings, we can’t wait to bring more life and connection to your shopping experience.
